At Connect Virtual Receptionist we don't charge for the number of calls received for you, we only charge when a message is sent or a call is transferred through to your company. This means, that unlike other call answering service providers, we don't charge you for wrong numbers, sales calls or hang-ups.

We have structured our pricing in much the same way as a monthly mobile phone contract. However, unlike mobile phone contracts, you are not "tied in" to a 12 month or 24 month period. We offer all our clients a monthly rolling contract which means you can alter your tariff if you have seasonal peaks and lows or have a marketing campaign and expect a higher number of calls for example.

One of the reasons we offer a free, no obligation trial is that it allows us to give you a reasonable estimation of what you best tariff to start with would be.
