Whether you are without a member of staff for a short time or you're looking to take a holiday yourself, our short term or holiday cover is ideal for those who don't want to loose any potential business whilst they are away.

Our operators will continue to answer you calls, book appointments, make orders and manage your diary even though you may be a thousand miles away from the business. Messages can still be sent to you via email and txt or if you prefer we can hold on to everything until you get back. If you wish us to tell clients that you are away we can of course do that as well but a lot of the day-to-day phonecalls can all be dealt with by our operators with your prior instruction.
